1/2 Tsp red chili powder

○ Add chopped onion, chopped pepper, boiled carrot, beans, green peas, and sweetcorn.
○ Mix in 2 Tsp all-purpose flour, 2 Tsp corn flour, 1/2 Tsp cumin powder, 1/2 Tsp coriander powder, 1/2 Tsp red chili powder, and salt to taste. Add chaat masala if available.
○ Mix everything properly.
Form the Cutlets
○Make small balls out of the mashed mixture.
○Dip each ball in a flour and water mix, then coat it with breadcrumbs.
